Our Story
The idea for Antemper Tablet was born in 2015 when our founder, John Smith, was traveling for work. He needed a device that was lightweight and had great battery life, but was frustrated that most tablets on the market were expensive and filled with complex features he didn’t need.
John realized that many people like himself wanted a simple, budget-friendly tablet for everyday tasks like email, web browsing, streaming shows, and reading. So he set out to design the perfect tablet for this purpose, using high quality components without extra bells and whistles that drive up costs.
After months of research and testing, John built the first Antemper Tablet prototype in his garage in 2016. He gave it to friends and family to try, and their positive feedback confirmed there was a need for this type of device.
With this proof of concept in hand, John founded Antemper Tablet later that year. He teamed up with experienced engineers and designers to refine the tablet and bring it to market.
Our first tablet launched in 2017 and was an immediate hit with consumers looking for an affordable but capable device. Since then, we’ve continued to improve our products and expand our lineup to offer tablets of all sizes.
